Currently working as a Project Coordinator and Team Lead at Sahyadri Foundation, where I’m leading school-based mental health initiatives across Nagpur in collaboration with Reach 52 Foundation. Our work focuses on students from Classes 7 to 12, creating awareness and delivering structured sessions on mental well-being.In this role, I coordinate closely with school management, local health workers, and mental health professionals to ensure smooth implementation, timely referrals, and meaningful impact. I\'m also responsible for monitoring and evaluation, managing data collection, impact tracking, and reporting to keep our efforts aligned with our program goals.As the Team Lead, I guide a team of 5 coordinators—ensuring we stay connected, support one another, and stay focused on making mental health accessible, understood, and prioritized in school communities.
