As a driven and ambitious individual, I am currently pursuing my MBA from I.M.S, Ranchi University, with a focus on [Human Resources & Marketing]. Alongside my studies, I am also completing a B.A in Economics from Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi University.During my academic journey, I have gained valuable experience through internships, including my most recent stint at CCL, where I was able to put my skills to the test in a professional environment. As an intern, I worked on a project focused on employee motivation, where I developed a deep understanding of the importance of motivating and engaging employees in the workplace.I am a quick learner and a problem solver, with a self-enthusiastic approach to every task I take on. I believe that a positive attitude is key to success, and I am always looking for new challenges to take on and opportunities to learn and grow.As I continue to pursue my academic goals, I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a professional setting.
