Ensure smooth process and compliance to HR SOpsTo ensure manpower availability on the manufacturing line and department as per requirement.To arrange and conduct recruitment of contract labor employees with the help of contractor\'s representatives.To ensure compliance with minimum wages for contract labor as per the minimum wages act of the respective state.To ensure compliance under various statutes (PF/ ESIC/ PT/ MLWF/other) on or before the time for all contractors on a regular basis.Onboarding contractors, compliance with contractor’s statutory obligations as a principal employer, and managing day to governance.Regularly review the status of compliance with contract services to ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements.To take rounds on the shop floor line and department to get understand their issues, problems etc.To arrange and conduct training on various topics (Safety, BBS, 3S – 3 M, Discipline, POSA and others) for the shop floor employees with the help of the concerned department and department superiors. To arrange and organize various special programmes for shop floor employees to develop their interpersonal skills and encourage them to unleash their potential.The management security, canteen, housekeeping, stationary, pantry, guest management.To assist superior in day-to-day activities.
