We build machines that build machines” I have successfully completed my master’s in Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech University with a 4.0 GPA. My field of interest being Process improvement, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing and Supply chain. I worked as a Process Excellence Engineer (Co-op) this Spring 2022 in Ethicon, Johnson & Johnson. The project involved applying DMAIC and Six Sigma principles to analyze and reduce purging waste on Global Inline Foil Machine (GIFM). Moreover, performing root cause analysis, identifying and eliminating defects on Blanking & Cartoning (BC) machine. I performed time studies and planning Gemba walks to optimise batch changeover times on High Speed Stand Alone Blanker (HSSAB). As a graduate student at Texas Tech University I have worked in the Hospitality Services and Student Union activities on campus. Hospitality services has taught me communication skills, customer handling, swift problem solving and working in a team. At Student Union activities I learned time management, event management, proactive problem solving and punctuality. I have also worked as a Data Analyst in Unacademy. As an intern I gained experience in feedback analysis, planning strategies, Youtube handling, marketing, data analysis, implementing results achieved during analysis, onboarding influencers for marketing and promotional activities. After my undergrad in Mechanical Engineering I joined Mercedes-Benz India. As a graduate engineer trainee I was responsible of Pre-owned cars. I was handling sales at the factory as well as dealer management PAN India. Working at Mercedes-Benz the essential skills gained were team work and efficiency. As a number orientated company, sale numbers and targets was a key. Setting targets and pushing the team in achieving such targets was the key skill I learnt. Additionally, using my technical knowledge in influencing customers and achieving some outstanding car sales was one of my achievement at Mercedes-Benz India. Skills : AutoCad, CATIA, Ansys, Fusion 360, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Tableau, R language, C++, Java.
