As a member of Agile Coaches team, assisted a large business unit (1500+ associates) in a Financial Services firm through their Agile journey. Organization’s design and operating model is derived from the so-called Spotify model, Scrum is chosen to be the primary framework implemented at the team level and Scrum@Scale the scaling framework. Specifically, my contributions include - • Coaching and mentoring Tribe, Squad and Chapter leaders, helping them elevate their effectiveness in their new roles • Driving improved alignment and transparency in increment planning / forecasting as well as predictability in execution using Jira Align Product Board, Roadmap, Program Room, Dependencies, Risks and relevant metrics • Improving Agile fluency at all levels of the organization by developing and conducting numerous training workshops for Squads, Squad Leaders and Scrum Masters on wide ranging Lean Agile and Scrum practices including Scrum Fundamentals, Story writing, Story Splitting, Story mapping, Quarterly planning, Effective story refinement and sprint planning sessions, Effective retrospectives • 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Chapter Leaders and Squad and Tribe Leaders • Facilitated cohorts, communities of practice, for Squad Leaders and Scrum Masters • Facilitated in-depth Agile maturity assessments using AgilityHealth Radat and my personal assessments to help drive continuous improvement • Conducted and facilitated numerous advanced skills workshops such as Agile Mindset, Lean Wastes and Principles
