Over two decades since he accidentally fell into it, Pratik\'s love affair with the games and tech industry continues!Pratik is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded multiple companies in the fields of video games, virtual reality and custom hardware tech. Having had the rare opportunity to experience a variety of organizational and entrepreneurial roles, he now has an in-depth understanding of the technology, design, as well as the commerce facets of business.As long as it\'s tech and interactive, he\'s game for it!He began his career at Indiagames, one of India\'s first video game development companies, where he led multiple teams and worked directly on over two dozen award winning mobile titles published world-wide. Indiagames went on to become India\'s largest integrated game developer-publisher and controlled over 60% of the market, with over 300 employees across offices in Mumbai, Beijing, London and Los Angeles.Pratik is a Founding Member of Game Developers Association of India (GDAI), a Council Member of the India Game Developer Conference (India\'s oldest and largest annual game industry conference), was part of the mentor panel at Game Launched (an international crowd-funding platform for games), was a visiting faculty at Miami Ad School (Mumbai), and is a Sr. Director Consultant & Mentor at BNI (the World\'s largest Business Networking organization).
