Worked on developing the ML Model which predicts and resolve the incidents, automating the resolution of 25-30% of the incidents, saving the time and resources of other teams. The technology used are Python, MongoDB, and AKS.• Designed and developed the UI of a chat agent that will provide details about the alerts and reply to your queries. In the chatbot, there is also a dashboard where you can visualize the data as a table. On top of that, there are graphs relating the alert’s age, and counts of alerts per VM to get more clarity about the data. The technology used are React.js, Typescript, and Redux.• Won an Internal Hackathon by providing the solution for the problem statement ”Intelligent Chatbot to find data anywhere anytime”. For that, I received the “Star of the Quater Award” and multiple ”On the Spot Awards”.• I am an SME for the React.js training program where I am training 8 support engineers to transform from support engineers to UI/UX developers & develop applications in React.js.• Currently, I am part of the HR Tech team and my responsibility is maintaining and developing new features of the career portals.
