Industry ties with NASSCOM-UK Council, Forum of Expatriate Management (FEM), IDA for Ireland and UKTI.Managing vendor relations, vendor performance review, selection review and achieve mobility cost efficiencies across the region with solid commercial acumen and negotiations. Leading process/policy optimisation initiatives and liaising closely with Senior Management and policy makers for framework and implementation and encourages automation and innovation. Mentoring and coaching immigration SMEs and Cross function staff for new country due diligence. Received ‘Pat on the Back’ for Q4 of 2015-16 and various accolades.
