At hireEZ, I am an integral part of a dynamic Product experience design team. As Senior Product Designer, I am focussed on designing innovations ground up. While doing that, I am responsible to introduce and foster Design Thinking as a foundational framework for gaining a deeper understanding of the user issues and effectively address through Agile methodologies. In this role, I collaborate closely with both product and engineering teams to facilitate the seamless integration of design into the development process, aligning our efforts with both business objectives and user needs. To engage and guide these teams effectively, I employ a range of design techniques, including- User interviews and user centered analysis - Journey mapping - Workflow diagramming - Wireframing and Interactive prototyping - Design workshops - Usability testing In addition to my core responsibilities, I am committed to improve design quotient within product management and design team members.
