About Pratiik Agarwaal

Currently, Pratik is leading the delivery led customer experience, delivery speed, cost per delivery charters for Instamart and Snacc. Prior to this, Pratik also led the driver governance, driver fraud reduction charters at Swiggy. Over the past 4 years, Pratik has worked on several high impact strategic projects in the field of delivery operations. Additionally, he has closely worked with senior executives in curating the annual operating plans for the delivery org. For his multiple impactful contributions, he was promoted (fast tracked) to the position of General Manager within a short span of 1 year and subsequently to Director within 2 years. Besides, Pratik has also received the Annual Swiggstar Award, the highest employee recognition, both individually and for 2 team projects.Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain and Company for ~2.5 years. During his tenure at Bain, Pratik helped clients across multiple industries (Private Equity Investment, Consumer Healthcare, Consumer Goods, IT and Telecom) in both defining and implementing business strategy.Prior to joining Bain, Pratik pursued his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur where he was awarded Gold Medal for securing \'Institute Rank 2\' in a batch of 183 students. While pursuing his MBA degree, Pratik interned with the Boston Consulting Group (2 months) and was also recognized as an \'Emerging Leader\' by Procter & Gamble.Previously, he worked as an Analyst in the Business Consulting arm of HSBC (~2.5 years). At HSBC, Pratik worked on several high priority strategic initiatives for the firm across different lending portfolios (which includes credit cards & personal loans portfolio in UK and HK). Prior to that, Pratik started his professional career as a Business Analyst at Axtria (~7 months) where he helped the firm in analyzing and optimizing the processing of operational data of a Fortune 500 listed pharmaceutical company.Pratik pursued his Undergraduate degree from IIT Kanpur and graduated top of the class in 2014 (CGPA- 9.1/10). He was conferred with Batra Gold Medal, General Proficiency Medal and Academic Excellence Award for Best Academic Performance in the Department.Pratik has a knack of learning and mastering new skills quickly which has helped him in adapting and succeeding under any scenario throughout his life. He considers his ability to break down a complex problem into smaller, simpler components as his other superpower. This is a skill which he mastered during his consulting career and one which he further refined during his tenure at Swiggy.
