With over 12 years of experience in ESG Finance Reporting, Internal Audit, and Financial Controls, I currently serve as the Sr. General Manager of the ESG Finance Reporting CoE at Johnson Controls (JCI). In this role, I work with data owners across various functions to ensure accurate and timely information. I have a strong understanding of ESG reporting and regulatory requirements, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the GHG Protocol, and I monitor global ESG trends while supporting sustainability data quality and regulatory compliance.Previously, I was part of JCI\'s Enterprise Governance, Controls & Compliance team, where I focused on compliance and controls throughout the Order to Cash cycle, including SOX testing and risk assessment.
