Preparing and executing process safety activities and deliverables including HSE Philosophies, HSE Plans, consequence modelling in PHAST, HAZOP, HAZID and LOPA • Writing Health and Safety Plans and Philosophies • Reviewing and signing-off project documentation • Conducting safety studies and qualitative and quantitative risk assessments (QRA)• Conducting project audits• Collaborate with various teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into all operations.• Participating in HAZOP, HAZIDs and SIL/LOPA reviews, Preparing reports and track close out actions raised during the safety workshops. • Overseeing process safety issues and deliverables primarily during the FEED and the detailed design phases of projects • Meeting project deadlines, milestones and budgets for deliverables • Liaising with project management and client • Interpreting and applying process safety-related legislation and standards • Analyse incident reports and system failures to identify areas for improvement and prevent recurrences.
