Key Responsibilities\\\\n- Distribution planning of finish goods from manufacturing locations (own/contract) to Hub location in accordance with Hub & Spoke business model to meet customer service level- OTIF, CFA case-fill\\\\n- Minimizing freight cost while still delivering on the above mentioned task. This is getting achieved through reduction in faster mode transportation (Rail/Air) or better load planning at HUB.\\\\n- Conducting Monthly Supply Review to primarily discuss stock status and related activities (lean inventory, AGE expiry, MRP increase, forecast accuracy etc.) and action it based on decisions taken.\\\\n- Collaborating with different stakeholders in EPO/QA/RA and ensure that the queries of commercial colleagues are addressed immediately.\\\\n- Transport management - Vendor classification (for e.g. strategic vs. transactional), vendor performance measurement and feedback, vendor rewards and recognition, alternate vendor development - RFQ\'s etc. to ensure uninterrupted supply of assets and logistical services. Preparing Transport agreements, negotiations in line as per requirements.\\\\n- Adhere to Audit requirements in planning & Transportation and timely respond on any observations.\\\\n- Resolving audit queries and prepare CAPA plan for closure against audit observations to ensure statutory and company process compliance.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
