It is responsible for streamlining and managing core HR activities to support employee engagement, compliance, and organizational efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handling onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records- HR Policy Implementation: Ensuring consistent application of company policies and updating HR manuals in line with changing regulations and internal needs- Attendance & Leave Management: Overseeing attendance tracking systems, leave records, and ensuring accurate data for payroll processing- Compliance & Audit Support: Maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits- HR Systems & Automation: Managing HRIS platforms and driving process improvements through digital transformation of HR functions- Employee Support: Addressing employee queries related to HR processes, salary, leave, and documentation.Goal- To create a structured, compliant, and efficient HR operational framework that enables Mayfair Housing to attract, retain, and support talent while contributing to overall business performance.
