Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP’s to understand job requirements and hiring goals. Develop and post job descriptions (requisitions) on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website). Source candidates through databases, networking and direct outreach. Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate’s qualification, experience and alignment of job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and reports using applicant tracking system (ATS)(SAP SuccessFactors). Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process. Roll out offer letters and assist with onboarding and orientation with new hires.
