About Pratik Singh
I am a fresh graduate from the St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology, from Electrical stream and also have a slight interest in the computing languages and tech field. But as soon as I completed my graduation, suddenly the pandemic came in and the core jobs got depleted and everything came at standstill. Then, I prepared for the competitive exams but after preparing for a few months, I realized that it\'s not my cup of tea. So I grabbed a job as an electrical supervisor at my hometown. But due to some circumstances I had to leave that job, and then I thought to switch my field to Information Technology as IT industry is a booming industry and it will always be beneficial to go with this wave. I also have interest in this field as previously stated. I watched a few lectures from Youtube but that was not enough and I needed proper guidance to enter in this field. One of my friend told me about Masai School and there pay after placement policy, no upfront fees policy and the regressive coding schedule attracted me. It was then I decided to join Masai School and become a Full Stack Web Developer. This was the turning point of my life because here I got to gain practical knowledge. I learnt HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Express JS and have designed web pages like weather apps, movie searching platforms, online shopping projects and online food delivery projects as a part of my assignments. I also worked on collaborative projects with very cooperative team members who also taught me to be a good team player and build responsive pages in projects. I also enhanced my soft skills with the help from my Masai instructors. Now I am confident in programming and I am looking forward to more opportunities to excel in my skills. Apart from coding, I enjoy writing poetries, sketching, watching anime and playing football.
