About Currently working as an “Sales,Estimation & Design Engineer” in “Kratos” Company in Guwahati, Assam. Responsibilities Included- • Review and study the tender specifications, single line diagrams and load schedules for estimation and design of various LT control panels like APFC, PCC, MCC, PDB, VFD, Feeder Pillars,steet light panel etc. • Calculation and proper selection of LT switchgears such as ACBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, capacitor banks etc and motor starter selection based on KW or HP ratings, busbar sizes, fabrication etc. as per project with optimum estimation and design. • Responsible for producing competitive prices through evaluation of instructions, specifications, Drawings, bill of quantities and discussions with technical and production departments. • Preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials), project reports, offers and quotation for various LT panels for submission. • Preparation of drawings i.e. designing of LT panels like APFC, PCC, MCC, PDB, VFD etc. in AutoCAD according to project specifications, their standards and Bill Of Materials. • Co-ordinate shop floor activities with regards to electrical design, raw materials requirement etc. • Prepare and maintain various records such as Enquiries register updation, work orders register updation etc.
