   LEADING THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING TEAMManaging a team of highly skilled 10 devs to build and deliver next generation credit stack for banks and fintech. As part of this team, we have 1) Built and productionised a credit card - account processing platform making it easy for any bank/fintech to launch innovative credit card products in a matter of days2) The platform supports - account management, delinqurncy management, npa/charge-off management, credit and repayments, credit bureau reporting, account txn management in a highly cinfigurable manner.3) HDFC launched is much talked about PIXEL card this year on our platform with innovative features like billing cycle switch, configurable rewards etc4)The platform is also live in US market with Sparrow, cardworks and 2 other tenants.5)The platform is currently being re-architected to support loan management capabilities with the much talked about credit on UPI being the pilot.6) The platform also has onboarding capability where any bank with its own set of requirementsfor its product- different set of billing cycle, different way to calculate MAD, configurable deliquency needs etc can get onboarded in a matter of days thus making the cumbersome onboarding process seamless.My day to day tasks involves - 1) engg discussions with the team on feature grooming, code reviews, infra enahncement, tech enhancements 2) talking to stakeholders on planning of intakes from clients, quarter and sprint cadence 3) ensuring devs are working at their fullest potential with all their queries and asks taken care of.
