Resource management is valuable to organisations as this role helps to reduce waste, improve efficiency and prevent project roadblocks from underutilization Roles and Rsponsibilities • Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience. • Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets. • Monitor progress. Report status and identify and resolve risks that impact project completion. Escalate unresolved issues to senior management. • Support and enhance efforts to streamline organizational recruitment and staffing management. • Provide work direction and feedback to all team members and assist them in issue resolution. Provide guidance to team members on administrative and technical problems. Assist in staffing activities related to project. • Scrum Meetings to report on progress and tackle any blockers. • Report daily, weekly and monthly data to Senior management to analyze and do deep dives. • Single point POC to address and liaison between different operations to get resolution for all issues related to resource concerns.
