Handling LIMS activities.Has gained experience with Bioassay development: antibody titer estimation by Bioplex protein suspension array, antigen identification and quantification methods.Having animal handling experience: NIH mice, BALB/c mice handling subcutaneous and intraperitoneal immunization, bleeding by heart puncture and retro-orbital sampling.Also, had experience with in-vitro preclinical studies like animal tissue culture, RT-PCR based study, flow cytometry-based studies, & microbial culturing.Analytical instruments experience: HPLC, TGA, Particle size Analyzer and TOC-TNM.
