I am a dynamic and ambitious individual with a passion for commerce, organizational development, and skills mentoring. As a 22-year-old student pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith,currently I am preparing for CAT examination to pursue MBA as my post graduation. I am determined to make a positive impact on the business world. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively engaged in extracurricular activities and taken on leadership roles to enhance my personal and professional growth. One of my notable accomplishments includes organizing open mic events under the banner of my organization,\'Shirkat.\' These events provided a platform for aspiring artists to showcase their talents and fostered a vibrant creative community. In addition to event management, I have also gained valuable experience as a freelance tutor at Exotic Learning. I specialized in sales, marketing, social media management, and human resource management. By sharing my knowledge and expertise, I helped students develop the necessary skills to thrive in these domains. This experience solidified my belief in the transformative power of education and mentorship. Furthermore, I have organized and facilitated debates and programs in various schools and colleges through my organization, Analyse India. These events were aimed at fostering critical thinking, effective communication, and a culture of intellectual exchange. It was incredibly rewarding to witness the growth and confidence of participants as they honed their public speaking and analytical skills. Currently, I am excited to be working as the Chief Mentor of Soft Skills at Inferno Skill Development. In this role, I have the privilege of guiding individuals in enhancing their interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
