Collaborated with DeltaV MES team to gather requirements and present solutions. Developed custom Lua functions for XML/JSON conversion, advanced Inmation endpoints, SOAP/REST API calls, SQL and MongoDB CRUD operations, transaction queue logic, data/error logging, and ERP-MES integration. Created web-studio widgets for transaction testing. Material Master Inbound transactions and Production status Outbound transactions were created in Inmation.• Developed historian databases and archiving repositories. Established OPC communication between DeltaV and Aspen Online via CIM-IO. Built KPI dashboards, implemented custom KPI calculations using AspenCalc, and bulk- created tags in IP-21 using AspenSQLPlus. Set up hardware and software for virtual machines.• A digitalization project comprising of several Emerson and Aspen Digitalization solutions. Performed activities such as - Develop WBS, project plan, schedule and risk register. Develop system architecture for digitalization solution. Develop Project plan. Conduct Kick Off meetings and initial design for the project.• Established OPC connectivity between Inmation, Aspen DMC3, and Aspen Mette. Developed REST API functions and workows in Inmation for autonomous Mette network simulations and operations.
