Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording the location of inventory. • Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies. • Keep a record of receipt and issue of goods. • Receive the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the purchase order. • Manage and maintain custom bonded warehouse. • Prepare, review and issue material received under Moowr Scheme. • Advance duty payment of material used for production under Moowr Scheme. • Manage & maintain material received for Job-work from vendors. • Coordinate and supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. • Develop and manage warehouse staff schedules to align with operational requirements. • Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, Production, sales, and logistics to streamline operations. • Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to optimize warehouse operations. • Prepare and manage for Quarter & Annual inventory counts and audits. • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions. • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipping, receiving, or inventory.
