As the head of Security & Transport department, I oversee the comprehensive security operations for our largest multi-product manufacturing plant in India, spanning 90 acres. My responsibilities include managing access control systems, overseeing a complex CCTV grid, and ensuring the smooth operation of transportation for employees & senior management. I coordinate emergency response protocols with various departments, implement rigorous measures to prevent theft and pilferage, and maintain high standards of vigilance across all security aspects. My role is pivotal in safeguarding our assets and ensuring seamless plant operations.
