Subsequently, based on these identified entities and their respective types, I am tasked with the assignment of relevant diagnosis and procedure codes for the corresponding medical charts. My role involves algorithm changes for the project and continual updates to the knowledge base, which are tailored to the unique requirements of different clients. My primary aim is to deliver efficient and precise code suggestions in accordance with the specific needs of our clients.
