Factory Visitor Management System(Flask-based Smart Visitor Tracking & Access Solution) Developed a Flask-based web application for secure and efficient factory visitor management. Implemented role-based access control for Admins, Guards, Employees, and Visitors. Designed QR code–based entry/exit tracking with both static and dynamic (time-limited) QR codes. Integrated Flask-Mail to automate QR delivery and visitor notifications through email. Built a document management system for uploading, viewing, and downloading verification documents (POC ID, license, insurance, etc.).🧾 Created an Admin approval dashboard for reviewing visitor requests and managing occupancy in real-time. Utilized SQLAlchemy ORM for database operations and Flask-Login for user authentication. Managed environment variables securely using python-dotenv and followed best security practices for sensitive credentials. Designed a clean, responsive interface using Tailwind CSS for a modern user experience. Improved on-site security and efficiency by reducing manual visitor tracking and enhancing transparency.
