ABOUT PRATIK MAHESWARI
Pratik is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in Regulatory reporting (CFTC reports, SEC Form PF, AIFMD, Money market filings, UCITS Risk Reporting, Y11 FED reports), financial reporting, interpretation and implementation of new regulatory framework with specific focus in financial services. At Goldman Sachs, he primarily leads a team on regulatory reporting for SEC, CFTC, Federal Reserve, Central Bank of Ireland, CSSF, HKSFC for its assets and wealth management division. He has led projects on implementation of money market reforms in US with various changes brought in by SEC, acquisition of NN Group, with primarily focusing on designing controls, implementing polices, vendor oversight and liaison with Legal/Compliance and industry participants. My journey has equipped me in deep under of various regulatory forms, interpretation and team leadership. Prior to this, he was working with Deloitte in Audit and Assurance wherein he gained exposure to various audits for listed and private companies, preparation of GAAP financials, implementation of controls and due diligence of demergers.
