Payment Applications- Payment runs reports being shared with the client, maintaining daily cash logs to determine sufficient cash balance is available, Closing/ Reconciliation/Reporting- reconciling management fee payments at month end, reporting aging to client on monthly basis.Accounts Receivable:Daily Deposit Monitoring- Ensuring daily deposit is notified to clientCash application- Identifying the deposit is against which customer and getting it applied accordingly. Closing/Reconciliation/ Reporting- Perform AR related month end closing activities, Generating AR aging and presenting it to client:R2R:Reconciliations - Reviewing and approving the balance sheet reconciliations at month end, any openitem needs to be discussed and actioned upon. General Ledger- Identifying the month end close entries in respect of accruals, prepayments, bank fee etc, recording mortgage entries, depreciation and finalizing the books of accounts.Reporting- Reviewing and finalizing the financials and subsidiary reports, signing off the management fee calculation, reviewing the workpapers ties back to GL balance,
