Global Head – managing team across New York, London, Dublin, Singapore, and Bangalore, India. Responsibilities include:• Team Strategy – Developed the framework for new Reference Data system. Defined business and system architecture, published dependencies, assumptions and identified in-scope as well as out of scope. • Client Engagement – Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Technology Leads, and Operations Lead to provide most business value to the firm.• Vendor Relationship – Developed an engagement model with vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitive, etc.) for onboarding reference data. Part of the group to review, negotiate new data providers.• Data as a Service - Setup Data Quality Framework – an integrated strategy to achieve and maintain the quality of data to support business goals and objective. Defined SLAs, KPIs for internal as well as vendor data.• Roadmap for Retirement of Legacy Applications – Developed effective strategy, plan, and successfully retired Legacy Applications – one of the first in size and scale at the firm.Accomplishments/Projects Successfully build team from ground up in New York, London, Dublin, Singapore, and Bangalore, India with total strength of 15. Drove next generation technology development using Asset Control Master Data Management (MDM) platform, Java, Elastic, KAFKA.
