My expertise encompasses the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), along with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket, for effective test management and collaboration. In manual testing, I have extensive experience in website testing, particularly on WordPress, ensuring top-tier performance across platforms and devices. In my current role, I focus on automating Salesforce applications using Copado Robotic Testing. I leverage the Qforce and Qweb libraries to automate complex systems integration with Fonteva and Sales Cloud, and achieved 30% faster release cycles and 40% defect reduction. I ensure robust automation solutions that align with business goals by utilizing best practices in data-driven testing and the Page Object Model (POM). I also manage test scenarios and automation builds using CI/CD Jenkins pipelines, Bitbucket code, and agile sprint processes, ensuring the quality and performance of the product.
