Worked on designing, building and implementing several projects such as WorkFlow Automation - Worked on building a workflow automation system, that allowed end users to create workflow based on a trigger action and execute an action when criteria is met. Google 2 way contact Sync - Designed the 2 way contact sync feature that would allow copper users to sync their contacts with google contacts and vice versa. Developer API - API allows external users to integrate their system with Copper and read, write and update records between the two systems. Worked on implementing feature enhancements and bug fixes related to api\'s GDPR (right to be forgotten)- Worked on GDPR project implementation that allowed the customer success team to delete and munge customer data in order to be GDPR compliant. Reporting POC Lead - Lead a team in designing and integrating a reporting system in the web app which allows an external reporting system dashboard to be embedded in the app. App Stability and Performance - Worked on application stability, api upgrades and performance improvement initiatives and used several tools like new Relic, Scalyr, Hosted Graphite to monitor and analyze logs and statistics for feature performances.
