In the Forex card department I have interacted with the corporate and Forex card customers and resolve their queries We are maintaining the data base of forex card loading and encashment. As the Deputy Manager, I have followed up with corporates for due payment. Once payment received from corporate we need to apply the same in our system and clear the dues In the forex card department, I have maintain the MIS database regarding the payment from the company and customers and maintain the dues database for the company Once we received new request for forex card, we need to keep the track and maintain the record of the request, have to arrange forex as per corporate request and once it get delivered we need to initiate loading request. Preparing day to day reports as per EOD Handling Internal Audits, Compliance. Hands on VISA, Master & Discover card operation and functions. Expertise in all forms of documentation associated with foreign exchange along with an in depth knowledge of all necessary regulatory aspects regarding the same. Focused acquaintance with all activities related to Forex and its ancillary products.
