ABOUT PRATIDHEE PALAK JHA

Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by how brands connect with people, a spark that grew into a passion for marketing, strategy, and building meaningful user experiences.My first real step into this world was managing my mum’s food blog, Mummy the Connoisseur, where I handled branding, content, and growth strategy. That experience drew me toward digital marketing and product thinking.In 2021, I joined Brane Enterprises as an Associate Product Manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine user acceptance, conducting competitor research, leading chatbot testing with test cases, and working with PMs and UX designers on key initiatives. It gave me a strong foundation in product strategy and problem-solving.For the past 3 years, I’ve been at Google Operations Center as a Customer Advocate – Senior Associate, solving complex user problems, identifying feedback patterns, and working across teams to improve experiences at scale.As Steve Jobs said, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” That’s exactly what drives me. Now, I’m ready to grow into Assistant Manager and Product Management roles where I can bring together my strengths in customer insight, marketing, strategy, and product thinking to create meaningful impact.
