My responsibilities include:Content Creation & User Engagement: Design curriculum, create engaging learning materials, and adapt content for online delivery.Teacher Training & Support: Partner with teacher educators to create content and provide training on the Firki platform.Impact & Improvement: Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on course design for optimal learning experiences.Collaboration: Work with team members on projects and contribute to the development of flagship programs.In this role, I have the opportunity to:Play a key role in improving teacher education and professional development in India.Support educators in their growth and ultimately, impact the lives of countless children.Be part of a passionate team working towards a common goal of educational equity.
