In my present role as a Senior HR manager at NTT Ltd, my responsibility is to align workforce requirements with business objectives by effectively managing Compensation, Benefits & Welfare Programs and processes and drive cost-effective efforts for efficient human capital management. During my professional tenure, I have acquired skills in implementing key HR initiatives, building a growth-oriented people environment and sustaining data integrity in HR systems. My area of expertise includes managing the implementation of compensation and benefits programs and processes, monitoring compensation challenges, ensuring compliance to schedules, structures & processes, performance management, supported #Workday (#HCM) Projects through integration and implementation with employee strength of 3500+, managing employee lifecycle in Workday and facilitating the delivery of HR services as a part of our digital transformation objective. In addition, I am competent at building an employee-oriented culture and ensuring a clear reporting system together.
