CSR-Actively participate in the CSR planning process and contribute to the development of the Annual CSR Plan.Lead the implementation of CSR objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute CSR initiatives effectively.Partner with HR to organize training events on CSR and ESG topics for employees.Coordinate and engage with CSR committee members and volunteers for successful program execution.Develop and manage profiles of social and environmental care projects.Oversee the implementation of approved CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact.Monitor and evaluate project progress using defined CSR strategy indicators.Prepare comprehensive CSR progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.Manage ESG reporting processes, including EcoVadis Sustainability Reporting, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) reporting.Ensure accurate and transparent ESG data collection and reporting in line with industry standards.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Corporate CSR Coordinator.L&D-Driving the L&D agenda by identifying training needs across departments and curating an annual training calendar.Planning and executing soft skills, functional, and compliance training programs (including ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 27001 ISMS Awareness).Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external trainers for seamless training delivery.Implementing structured feedback mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and report outcomes to management.Maintaining training records, attendance, and dashboards for internal reviews and audits.
