Administer all aspects of HR transactions in global HRIS system, including new hires, status changes, salary adjustments, transfers, terminations, location changes and reorganizations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on employees in HRIS, ensuring complete confidentiality, data integrity and data privacy. Partners with other departments across SAS to research and resolve problems. Use various reporting tools (including HRIS and other systems) to produce reporting and analytics for HR metrics. Acts as department liaison and responds to general inquiries from HR customers, managers and employees and escalating potential issues appropriately. Conducts research and makes recommendations for process improvement and streamlining of current administrative HR processes. Initiates and leads special project teams.
