ABOUT PRATIBHA GOYAL
Dr. Pratibha Goyal, is a Happiness Advisor and Stress Management Counselor who has authored various books on Stress Management. She is currently a Professor and former Director, School of Business Studies, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. She is a multifaceted personality, with a flair for teaching, administration, research and management. Having a brilliant academic record, she did her graduation with psychology from Punjabi University, Patiala and did her MBA in Human Resource Management from GNDU, Amritsar. She also holds a Ph.D in the field of Human Resource Management. Her deductive reasoning and powerful oration have been widely acclaimed. Due to her varied interests and experiences, she is considered as a role model and guide.She began her career as an HR Manager in the textile industry. Her immense love for mentoring young minds saw a shift in her career when she joined the Faulty of Management in Punjabi University, Patiala and later in Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana.Besides organising numerous Management Development Programmes for leading MNCs, banks and educational institutions, she has been the Principal Investigator of three major research projects of UGC and has participated in several international and national seminars, conferences and symposia. She is a life member of National HRD Network and the Indian Academy of Social Sciences. She has been the executive editor of Effective Management journal and has guided many scholars in their research projects.
