I have over 12 years of experience in Global e-Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation and Business Analytics. I have led a procurement team in execution of over 200 orders, managed a vendor base of about 120 and reduced the procurement lead time by almost 12%. I played an instrumental role in revitalizing engagement with a major supplier and improved critical delivery schedule adherence by 20%. Being an effective communicator, active listener, good negotiator and a creative problem solver, I have contributed towards 30% cost savings through negotiations and established strong collaborative networks across departments and organizations accelerating the achievement of common goals in 4 projects.
