My Responsibilities : •Full lifecycle recruiting professional providing sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating qualifications, negotiating benefits and salary, and presenting offers in contract or in permanent positions•Proficient in handling End-to-End Recruitment process for both IT as well as Non IT based roles.•Build candidate sources by researching in Job Portals and Social Media Sites.•Attract candidates by emails, cold calling and connecting to candidates by social media sites.•Determine the candidate’s requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.•Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.•Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing candidates; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.•Explain about the tax term which we are working currently W2.•Work with US Citizens / Green Card holders.•Explain about the benefits which are provided like medical, dental and vision to the candidates which are hired.•Follow up with the clients after the candidate\'s interview and inform the same to the candidates.
