I’m a Technology Manager at PepsiCo with nearly 12 years of experience leading complex programs across IT infrastructure and service operations. With a background in Computer Science Engineering from JNTUK, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a variety of roles; from Technical Analyst and Infrastructure Engineer to Project Lead, Incident and Escalation Manager, Service Manager, and now TPM. Each role has shaped my ability to connect the dots between technology, process, and people to drive meaningful outcomes.I’ve worked across on-prem and hybrid environments, led major service initiatives, and helped teams reduce operational friction through automation and process improvement.
