   Searching the requirement perfectly matching to the consultants.• Posting the resumes of consultants in different job portals i.e, Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Career builder, indeed etc.• Working extensively on marketing the bench consultants.• Extensive experience in marketing of GC/ US Citizens /H1 /OPT/CPT.• Responsible of Marketing H1B bench resources ensuring minimum or no candidate remains on bench, engaging the Bench resource to ensure proper positioning for upcoming requirements and ensure better selection rate.• Responsible of Identifying & Generating Direct clients /Tier 1 vendors in the target region and market the consultant\'s resumes• Providing training to consultants on how to handle the vendor calls,reworking with the resumes if required• Negotiating pay rates and following up regularly with the vendors on the submissions and interviews.• Scheduling interviews for consultants and guiding them at the time of interview by providing the information of the client.• Ensuring smooth exchange of paper work such as NCA, pre interview agreements, contracts etc.• Managing and converting contacts to long term relations.• Follow with the candidate, client in each stage and finally closing the candidate in job.
