Structure borne noise evaluation of Complete electric powertrain for Gear mesh excitation and Electro-Magnetic excitation and provided recommendations to meet the targets. Air borne noise evaluation of Complete electric powertrain for Gear mesh excitation and Electro-Magnetic excitation and provided recommendations to meet the targets. Mount and Bearing seat LDAS Topology Optimization for rib design on Housings and Topology Optimization of inverter cover for frequency and mass Optimization. Achieved good Test and CAE correlation of Structure borne noise and Air borne noise of Electric powertrain with best CAE practices. Collabarating with NVH testing and Design Teams for Product development of E-axles. Having work experience with global customers like BMW and Audi on E-axle.Handling and delivering the E-axle projects with great quality for NVH and Dynamic refinement point of view as per the project timelines.
