His work sits at the crossroads of customer success, product thinking, and hands-on AI application.With a background in Global Foresight and Technology Management, Prathmesh approaches AI adoption with both strategic vision and pragmatic execution. He identifies high-impact use cases, designs AI workflows and assistants, and ensures that AI solutions are intuitive enough to be adopted and powerful enough to make a difference.In his role, Prathmesh owns the customer journey end to end: from onboarding and enablement to successful rollout and long-term AI adoption. He builds effective prompt strategies, and translates complex topics like LLMs, APIs, and AI architectures into language that business teams actually understand. Just as importantly, he channels real customer feedback directly into product and engineering teams, turning insights from the field into better AI products.Previously, Prathmesh worked in innovation and portfolio strategy within an industrial environment, where he contributed to digital transformation initiatives, market and competitor analyses, and cross-functional collaboration. His academic research explored how Generative AI can uncover new market opportunities & bridging foresight, market intelligence, and real-world application.He thrives in fast-paced environments where ownership matters, experimentation is encouraged, and learning happens every day.
