ABOUT PRATHIK PRADEEP

Passionate about all things AI and data science, I recently completed my MSc in Data Science at Newcastle University with Distinction. My journey actually began in Mechanical Engineering, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving. But it was the world of data that truly captured my imagination.At Newcastle, I dove headfirst into machine learning, deep learning, and cloud computing. I got the chance to conduct groundbreaking research on non-intrusive water disaggregation using transformer models—a project that was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. It even led to a research paper presented at the international peer-reviewed conference DOCS 2024 and is pending journal publication!I\'m skilled in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, SQL, and R, and I\'ve enjoyed tinkering with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Lately, I\'ve been exploring generative AI technologies like HuggingFace, LangChain, vector databases, and various LLMs and multimodal models. I find it fascinating how these tools can drive data generation and open up more intuitive use cases.Through collaborative research and personal projects, I\'ve had fun building advanced machine learning models, crafting ETL pipelines, and deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes. My interests are pretty broad—I’ve dabbled in generative AI, natural language processing, computer vision, data engineering, and data visualisation. I love the versatility this field offers and how there\'s always something new to learn.I\'m a curious mind always eager to explore the latest innovation and research in AI and data science.
