About Prathiba Muthukrishnan

I am currently engaged in doctoral research specializing in Design for Test (DFT), with a particular focus on enhancing yield through small delay defects coverage improvement. My expertise includes hands-on experience with Siemens DFT tools like TessentScan, TessentFastScan, Testkompress, and MBIST, supported by an online training program from Siemens India. Additionally, I have practical knowledge in Synopsys logic synthesis and static timing analysis. I have had the privilege of collaborating with industry professionals and an esteemed research supervisor to establish a DFT lab at the Vellore Institute of Technology, within the Department of Micro and Nanoelectronics. My experience also includes participating in an academic-industrial collaborative training program at Marvel Semiconductors, Bangalore, India. My academic credentials are grounded in a Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the prestigious College of Engineering, Guindy. Driven by a passion for advancements in VLSI, I pursued higher studies in the same field and was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship by the University Grants Commission (UGC) India, through the National Eligibility Test. This fellowship was subsequently elevated to a Senior Research Fellowship in recognition of my research achievements and progress. As a dedicated researcher and proactive learner, I am continuously striving to contribute to the field of micro and nanoelectronics and to achieve personal career development goals.
