All of it spent at the intersection of technology, business scale, and people strategy.At Tata Digital, I lead the HR Business Partner function for Technology and Product teams across the Fintech and Commerce verticals. My scope covers the full spectrum of organizational design—from aligning workforce planning to the AOP and optimizing the FTE-to-contingent mix, to driving senior hiring across Tech, Product, Data, and Information Security.I have built HR charters from the ground up for new business verticals, designed succession planning, led annual compensation and merit cycles, and driven retention strategies for critical talent. Recently, I also spearheaded digital transformation within HR, including the deployment of an AI-based chatbot for employee query resolution.Beyond the org chart, I invest heavily in building and nurturing talent networks.
