I am currently working as Intern in the Human Resources department at Project C Foundation. My responsibilities involve maintaining employee records, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. I support the recruitment process by posting and removing job advertisements, arranging interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities. Additionally, I prepare offer and rejection emails, respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, and contribute to event planning as well as market salary research. This internship is giving me practical exposure to HR operations while strengthening my communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
