   o Effectively manage the overall transshipment operations & monitor the transshipment team to perform transshipment planning for Hapag Lloyd boxes in timely & cost effective manner thereby contributing to cost-saving measures by minimizing transshipment dwell time and prioritization of special containers. o Strongly Coordinate with Trade management, Cargo control, PTO & other internal HL parties for max. Vessel utilization. o Analyze the long-term T/S situation & send alert along with detailed data to Trade management, Allocation team for services where extreme space issues or heavy rollovers are observed or foreseen. o Use of Qlikview TS dashboard for advance monitoring of situation at various TS ports.o Liaise with feeder operators for vessel schedule, space reservation & coordinate to load the declared volume as per tender agreement. o Monitor the special cargo applications sent to feeder operators ensuring the necessary approval procedure being followed & ensure it are approved.o Check the possibility for COD, ROB, and HOLD as per request received & advise the appropriate charges & notify the same to respective teams for collection & TREX creation for cost recovery. o Monitor for misrouted shipments via T/S prohibited ports & inform respective POL / booking office to update the correct routing accordingly.o Preparing & maintaining various data reports such as TS Outbound / Inbound reports, Operations Newsletter, Feeder volume deviation report on weekly basis. o Preparing & maintaining standard documents for T/S port costs, contact list for internal & external parties, HOLD/COD/ROB & Misrouted shipments. o Arranging weekly internal team meetings, internal training sessions & maintaining attendance monitoring, leave management & providing feedback to Ops Head for team performanceo Actively involved in process migration of Middle east T/s desk
