Direct sourcing (Job portal), leveraging social media(LinkedIn Job posting/ Advertising), Agency Hiring etc. that will attract and ultimately hire toptalent.• Managing and monitoring internal applicant tracking system (HOT) – From CreatingRequisition, Sourcing, Recruiting, and Offer & Onboarding.• Proficient with sourcing via Social Media platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter• Handled portal like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster & Shine for sourcing candidates• Experience in Global sourcing for niche profiles like Sr. Head Reliability / Sr. Lead Pipeline/Plant Head.• Responsible for networking & Headhunting for critical roles to reach out niche profilecandidates
